Plus eMarketing (“Plus eMarketing") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that you choose to share with us. This policy describes how we collect, use and share your personal information.

Business contact information means the name, position or title, business telephone number and business address of an employee of an organization, but only where such information is used for the purposes of that employment.

Log Files
Plus eMarketing collects and uses aggregate information contained within an automatically generated log of all traffic on our web site. This aggregate information includes IP addresses, browser types and page views, but does not identify individual visitors or discriminate between visitors with the same IP address. This aggregate information is used to calculate overall site traffic patterns, to analyze general user trends and to administer the site. When you browse our site, you do so anonymously.

No Cookies

Established Clients and Business Contacts
It is Plus eMarketing's practice to send our electronic newsletter to established clients and business contacts, using the email addresses and names of our client and business contact people. We do this as an extension of our existing service relationships and with the consent, express or implied, of our client and business contact people. New clients and visitors will have an opportunity to request our electronic newsletter via this site. Our client and business contact people may elect, at any time, to discontinue receipt of our newsletter by following the simple instructions in our newsletter or by contacting our Chief Privacy Officer.

How We Use Information Collected
Plus eMarketing may use the personal information that you provide to us to respond to your questions or comments, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services and related information and to provide you with information via our electronic newsletter

You can review or request changes to, or deletion of, any of your personal information at any time by sending an email to our Chief Privacy Officer. We will make every reasonable effort to respond promptly to your request.

Children and Privacy
Our site does not target and is not intended to attract children under the age of 13. Plus eMarketing does not knowingly collect, use or share personal information from children under the age of 13.

Third Party Sites
Plus eMarketing's site contains links to other web sites. Plus eMarketing does not share your personal information with those web sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies employed by those other web sites.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
Plus eMarketing will amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will make that information available by posting a notice on this site and by sending an email message to our existing client and business contact people indicating that changes have been made.
